Os organizadores do Emmy anunciaram nesta terça-feira (16) os filmes, séries e reality shows indicados a pelo menos uma categoria da edição 2019 da premiação. O que pegou muita gente de surpresa foi a série da HBO Game of Thrones, que recebeu o maior número de indicações entre os concorrentes: 32 no total.
Mesmo não sendo bem aceita tanto pela crítica, quanto pelo público, a série que terminou em junho recebeu indicações de melhores atores e atrizes em série dramática – protagonista e coadjuvante -, além de melhor série drama.

Em seguida, a produção original da Prime Video, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, e a minissérie da HBO de grande repercussão, Chernobyl são os que também tiveram maiores indicações, 20 e 19 respectivamente.
Outro destaque vão para Objetos Cortantes, Olhos que Condenam, Barry e Boneca Russa.
